Bal Mill is used to mill dry and wet materials from soft to hard minerals such as calcite, bentonite, kaolin, quartz, dolomite, zeolite, iron ore, copper, gold ore, iron oxide. Mill wing is used as micronized mill in mineral processing lines. Functional Principles: The mill wing mill is composed of a cylindrical body or a ball-cone that rotates around its own axis. The inner wall of the mill is covered with hardened lining and a part of its volume is filled with steel or ceramic balls. As a result of rotation, the crushing load rises to a certain height, and when released from the body of the mill, it falls on minerals. As a result, mineral ores are crushed by strike, pressure by each other or the inner wall of the mill. The input load for the wing mill reaches to 50 mm depending on the material, and the output load by applying mill wing in the vicinity of special separators reaches to 2500 mesh
